It's a mystery to me too. I live near Killarney and my mother, my aunts etc.. They remember alot of different Murphys coming in and out of house and forge and as my mother says her father and grandfather said they were cousins, at this stage they could be 3rd or 4th removed. But to them family was family.
We must battle on
