Surnames: O'Neill, Emperor, Lane, Agnew

Possibly in the Castleisland, Brosna, Ballincuslane an
unknown O'Neill wed Elizabeth Emperor and had at least

Constantine b 1821 in Ahane Cross, Castleisland, Brosna, County Kerry,
near Abbeyfeale in county Limerick. It is likely that he had
siblings Haneas and Timothy

Contantine married Catherine Lane who was b June 1823
in Stagmount, Kilcummin, Kerry. Catherine had siblings,
Mary, Noreen, Joanna, Richard and another that became
a nun Sister M. Alqogue (sp.)

They had William b 1849, ? Ire.

They immigrated 1851 from Liverpool to the US, possibly VA initially.

Eventually settling in Ohio and

daughter Mary Molly Angela b 1862 OH

married in 1886 Patrick Agnew b 1857 Cavan, Ire

Patrick was the son of Thomas Agnew and Ann Carroll,
both families I believe were from Cavan. Thomas was b
1825 in Drummamuck Glebe, Knockbride, Cavan.

Patrick b 1857 and sister Rose were the only ones of 8
known to immigrate to the USA, he in 1881, settling in
the Dayton Oh area.

They had 6 children. Youngest son Arthur Vincent b
1901-1993, married Mary Ricker .

They had 3 children, Mary Carol Agnew b 1931 and still
alive is the mother of our 3 children, but not my
current wife.

To the best of my knowledge all of these families were Catholic

I'm just trying to put a little bit of my children’s
maternal side together for them and the grandkids. No
one is real interested at this point in their lives but
perhaps they will be in another 20 years.

If anyone has and information or any ties to these families, please contact me.
