I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier. I was thinking a child every two years after 1853. I have the Latter Day Saints Civil Registrations 1864-1875 on CD.
There is only one birth in this limited date period:
Ellen Butler, born 22 January, 1868 to Richard Butler and Mary Hanrahan, Inistioge, Kilkenny
Film # 101163 (Latter Day Saints microfilm #) locations to view these are available on the main page of www.familysearch.org about 1/2 way down the page 'locations'
if they don't have the film in they will order it.
