Desperately seeking birth record for my above GGGrandfather who we believe was born out of wedlock to
Charlotta/Charlotte/Catherine Hayes in 1866/7. He enlisted in the Boer War as place of birth, Jerpoint, Ireland. If anyone can help or can shed some light into the whereabouts of this record, it would be very much appreciated.
