Surnames: Tobin, Aylward
I am wondering if there are people who are researching the Aylward line who might have information about a Tobin - Aylward connection.
As stated in an earlier post:

Unfortunately I have not at this point been able to establish from where my Edward Tobin came from in Ireland. I do know he emigrated to the US during the 1840-1860 time frame, best guess is late 1840,s. He is established in Waukegan, Illinois in 1860 and possibly 1850 although spelling is Edmond, not Edward but same location.

I have a birth record for Edward, Ballyhale, Co, Kilkenny, father is William, mother is Bridget Aylward, sponsors are Richard Reid and Mary Aylward. I am hoping that someone working on the Aylward line may have information on the relationship between the Tobin' and Aylward's.
