Looking for connections or advice about the TOBIN family.
Andrew Tobin came to the USA in 1850. He stayed in touch with
his family in Ireland from Kilkenny and we think the Pilstwon area.
His father was William Tobin. His brothers and sisters included
John, William (stayed in Ireland), Edwin or Edward,
Mary and Margret. Andrew's mother died about 1860/61. I
think that the Clooneys and Butlers and o'Briens were
friends of the Tobins in Ireland.
