Looking for any info, particularly on any remaining living family in County Leitrim, of Thomas Gannon and Rose Gallagher who married in Kiltubrid, County Leitrim, August 17, 1847 or 48. Their children included James, John, Patrick, Rose Ann, Mary Ann. Several of their kids stayed in Ireland while others, including my ggrandfather James, came to America. James settled in Jersey City NJ and died about 1926.
At some point in the 1700's, the Gallagher family owned approximately 200 acres in or around Cornaleck and Mullaghycullen.
Any suggestions on how to find living relatives who may still be living in Ireland would also be most appreciated it.
Thanks!

Cornaleck is 88 acres and still belongs to decendents of the Gallaghers.

A James Gannon was born in Cloone RC parish on 26th Jan 1848. His parents were Thomas Gannon and Rose Galaher. Sponsors were Patrick and Mary Ward.

I can see no other children of this couple in the parish and, unfortunately, no townland is given.
