I am trying to make some connections between these two families:

Francis Dobson m 22 Oct 1813 St Mary's Mohill Margaret Deane and they had at Gortfadda:
Margaret Mary b 1830 d 1900 m James Thompson
Edward
James b 1834
Rebecca m Robert Hood 22 May 1848 Mohill
George of Rosharry b abt 1820 d 1892 m1 Mary Thompson m2 Martha Cosgrove

Mary Dobson b 1794 d 1890 m Robert Geelan of Cloonageeher and they had:
Isabella b 1820 d 1890 m 1844 Thomas Cosgrove (parents of above Martha)
others

As these places were and are small, I am thinking that the Thompsons and Dobsons would be of the same family but I cannot make the connections. Can anyone help me?
