My husband and I just returned from a trip to County Mayo and were driving around the area near Bellmullet including Gortbrack North. We stumbled upon an old cemetery near Pollatomish(site of a landslide in Sept. 2003). I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get information on the people buried there. There was a list of names that had been found on the headstones and there were many McIntyres, McAndrews, etc but no dates. The cemetery section that we were interested in was so overgrown that we couldn't access the headstones directly to gather information for ourselves.

Has anyone heard of this cemetery? Is there anywhere that I can get more information? My McIntyres were from just the other side of the hill from this cemetery and I would love to know if any are buried there.
