Various members of the Little and Stewart families immigrated from County Monaghan to Canada and the United States in the 19th and 20th centuries. Earliest known Little ancestor: William Little (1837-1887) of Clones. We believe his siblings were Isaac (b. 1826), Mary Anne (b. 1829), and Archibald (b. 1831). Earliest known Stewart ancestor: George Stewart (b.about 1798) of Drum.

Other relatives include Margaret Jane Dixon (d.1921), Margaret Jane McGuire (wife of George Stewart), Sarah Madill (1854-1910), and Mary Ritchie (wife of Joseph Madill).
