6 Miles Northwest of the town of Roscommon. There us a Ballymacurly House there. There is a South Ballymacurly and a Ballymacurly. The parish is Clooneygormican the the Baron of Elphin, County Roscommon. Ballymacurly is the townland name. The Tithe applotment books in the National Archives of Ireland for this area lists the home owners in the area. What is the surname you are looking for? I'm researching James Dare. The year is 1833.
