Have you tried the public records office:www.groireland.ie
as it is parish records that were destroyed by fire along
with lots of other documents. You are the first I've heard who
has said the civil registrations were destroyed by fire and I've been helping people out for a long time? Or is the the long form.

www.irishgenealogy.ie has Dublin city parish records or at least some!

You could try for a parish record of her birth, you have both parents names: www.rootsireland.ie which will make it easier, you can also search for siblings with both parents names.

You probably have this but here goes anyway:

1901 Census: www.census.nationalarchives.ie

6 Tivoli Ave. Kingston Dedicated Election District, Dublin

Edward 49, RC, Kill, Co. Dublin, general labourer
Susan 40, born Kingston, Charwoman
Michel 17 born Kill, general labourer
John 15 Ky C Dublin, messenger
Joseph 13 Key, C. Dublin, Messenger
Mary Ann 9 Key, C. Dublin
Kate 7 Key, C. Dublin
Elen 4 Key, C.Dublin
Susan 2

1911:
26.1 Mellifont Ave. Kingstown, Dublin
Edward 60, general labourer, born Dublin
Edward 28, general labourer, born Dublin
Ellen 14, born Dublin

Susan and others not at home but Edward states married 30 years, 21 children born and 8 living. That must be a miss transcription? Would miscarriages be listed as born? or did the children die of disease?

www.familysearch.org

Edward Lyster born 1861 in Kilmainham Prison Dublin for
assault, age 17, resident Kingstown
