Not sure if you will receive this or not as your original message dates back to 2001. My Whiteside is Anne Whiteside who I think is from the Killala or Ballina area. She married Robert Crawford in 1814 - a Marriage Licence Bond was purchased from the Diocese of Killala and Achonry, Co Sligo in this year - see url http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~irlsli/dioceseofachonryand...

Their daughter Ann(e) Crawford and son John Crawford appear to have migrated to Australia. I've been unable to locate them so far on any shipping lists. Ann Crawford married Shepherd Howarth - they were my Great Great Grandparents. I don't suppose you have any more information on these Whitesides as my searches end with Anne Whiteside and I'm just guessing with her birth date etc.
