You might be in luck this time. There are Kenny's in Sligo. A new online Tithe Applotment
has been added by the National Archives: www.genealogy.nationalarchives.ie
There are 37 Kenny's in the Tithe's 1823-1837
Of these there are 5 Patrick's in the Parish of Easky and 1 in the Parish of Killerry
The 5 could be 1 person with several lots or 5 Patrick's or any combination. The Full Tithe
record is at the National Archives and has more detail. More like the Griffith Valuation.
Griffith Valuation also used as a census substitute: www.askaboutireland.ie
in 1858 there are now 64 Kenny's occupying land of which 11 named Patrick.
in the following Parish's
Aghanagh; 4 x Easky; Kilglass, 2 x Killadoon, Killerry, Kilmacallan, *Kilmacshalgan
There is no way to discern who might be the right one. However, Thomas was possibly the
name of Patrick's father if this might be right, there are 5 Thomas Kenny's
3 in Achonry and 2 in *Kilmacshalgan.
An eg: of what the Griffith Valuation looks like:

both these resources have varying information depending on each county sometimes has parish records and gravestone inscriptionswww.rootsireland.ie
has baptism and marriage records
You can check each Parish mentioned above and see what years the records have survived
from. You can search for a Thomas Kenny born about 1830 with father Patrick. A baptism record will give you the father and mother's name and maiden name and the parish and date.
Once you have the mother's name you can search for all the siblings for that couple.
The records are 5Euro each but a family is at a reduced cost, they have a few sales a year where by the records are 3E. Worth joining free - they then send an email notifying if they have a sale.
