I actually started this message chain, the original message will explain my line. James Byrne Boland is my G Uncle. This Boland family originated in Templederry, Co. Tipperary. Mathew Boland and Mary Burns and family. (I have discovered this is the spelling of Burns/Byrnes used in most of their records). The family settled in Victoria, Aust except my GG Uncle Thomas J Boland who settled in Le Mars, Iowa.
