I am located in Ireland & address is correct.

This week I saw, in passing,in the Slievardagh Barony, Index 1845-49. for Co Tipperary. Book No. 306.in the Registry of Deeds, Dublin.

"Glangoole 1846.3.72. Kelly Thomas to Wm Fennelly". I did not look up the memorandum/deed - I thought it could contain information you are looking for. 1846 would be the year. 3 would be the book number & 72 would be the page number.
