I’ve already covered all the areas you’ve mentioned and I can trace the descendants of Tom Hodgins up to the present day.

Dunalley was the local landlord but I can’t find any tenancy agreements. I think they may have gone up in smoke.
I did find an account in the Dunalley papers in the NLI sent by James Hodgins to Lord Dunalley dated 5th March 1827 which lists amongst other things ‘To 9 girls picking nuts @5d £ 0 3-9’
