Anyone born before 1864 will have a Parish record you can find these on if you have a reasonable good birth year and his name you should find a birth record with both parents names and mother's maiden name. This is a History Foundation not for profit but must pay fees.
The foundation has parish records and civil registration after 1864. Until last year I would of checked this for you but now it costs money just to look, before I could look and make suggestions but can't afford to help anyone now.

records after 1864 would be civil registration records and I could look through a CD I have for 1864-1875 Only. If
anything fits in those dates.

You can find those on as well but not always with parents names.
I can't look up anything with a letter C on same CD set as I've worn that one out.
