Hi. I am trying to find records on my father. I think I have found his death record, but I am particularly keen to find his birth record. Is there a reason why it's hard to find this for someone born in N.I. - I am new to this. His name was Francis (Frank) Christie, born in December 1931, in Belfast. I believe he was from the Falls Road, but am not definite on this. I know he had a brother William and two sisters Theresa and Jeannie, but I think he had other siblings. He moved to North West England in, I think, the early fifties. If anyone can help with him, or can give advice on why I'm having trouble finding records I would be really grateful. Thanks, Debra.
