Hi Doc,
I have just read the part about Newton. To the best of my knowledge there is no such place as Newton in Ireland, there is only Milltownpass and the Pass of Kilbride which is the same locality. There is a Tyrrellspass about 4 miles from Milltownpass, but thats about it.
