I have a CD set made by the LDS which doesn't work well and now they use the website www.familysearch.org
The dates of the CD are 1864 to 1875. I checked it for
Thomas Minton & Catherine Killan and get no records for
children. I thought perhaps her siblings would be older, however, either they are younger (pre-1864). Catherine should be there but often registration was ignored for the first year or two.
I looked up on a bmd database for Thomas Minton but didn't find one. Catherine Killan quite a few born in Westmeath,
1812, 1832, 1834, 1842. Average age of women's marriage is 20. 8143 + 20+ 1863 and Ellen was born 1864.
same website has the birth of a Ellen Menton in 1864
Try advanced search for siblings, using mother (maiden name) and father's names - there are 4 children, no names given. You would get all 4 for for less than 1 by 1.
This is a non-profit Foundation for a small fee is charged.
As it is a fee paying site the name is restricted on the message board, but you can contact me: email@example.com
