I have very little information to go on but my grandmother's name was Julia Agnes Sinnott. I believe her parents immigrated from Ireland (possibly Kinsale, (Queensland) Co. Cork) to Brooklyn, NY in the late 1800's. My older cousins remember her saying that there were Laffertys and Sinnotts in County Cork. She also mentioned "Ballysheen"??
