I can't help with post-1900 info, which I agree is far more difficult to acquire. However, I do connect to your tree via Margaret Bisset RAMSAY. Just in case the info is useful, here we go:

I have Margaret Bisset RAMSAY born circa 1875, Panbride, Angus, daughter of David Clark RAMSAY and Ann BISSET (my own interest is the BISSET family). I have the marriage of Margaret Bisset RAMSAY to James LOWSON, Merchant Seaman, taking place on 31 Dec 1900 at The Manse, Panbride, Angus.

Ann BISSET's ancestry is as follows:

Thomas BISSET (dates, etc unknown) married Jean SIMSON (dates, etc unknown)
|
Thomas BISSET, bap 25 Apr 1748, Panbride, Angus; married Isobel CAITHNESS (date/location unknown)
|
John BISSET, bap 19 Feb 1773, Panbride, Angus; married Margaret CAITHNESS, 16 Feb 1800, Panbride, Angus.
|
William BISSET, bap 11 Oct 1809, Panbride, Angus; married (1st wife) Janet GERARD, 03 Jul 1835, Panbride, Angus.
|
Ann BISSET, bap 4 Apr 1838, Panbride, Angus; died 1911, Panbride, Angus; married David Clark RAMSAY, 16 Dec 1859, Panbride, Angus.

My link is also to Thomas BISSET and Jean SIMSON, but via another of their children: Robert BISSET, bap 13 Aug 1754, Panbride.

Good luck with your research!

Sue
