Can anyone out there help me .I am trying(still)to trace what happened to a JAMES WHITE, son of THOMAS WHITE & ELISABETH NICOL. He was born 07 August 1847in Dun,Angus & christened in 29 Aug 1847 in Dun.
I believe he left scotland on the ship "OXFORD" and arrived in Port Chalmers,New Zealand in 1876.I know he married a ISOBELLA THOMPSON of Banffshire in 12 may 1880 at Lyttleton New Zealand
Idont seem to be able to find any trace of his passage to NZ .Can somebody please help.
