You should be able to find these without difficulty at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk - this is a pay site but is very reasonable (£7 for 30 credits; 1 credit for an index page of up to 25 records; 5 credits to view copies (not transcriptions) of birth, marriage, death and census records).
