I am trying to find some info on my family in Ayr and Dunbartonshire in Scotland. My ggggg grandfather William Morton born abt 1803 Newmills Ayr, he married Christina Aiton also born abt 1803 in the same place,their children were Janet,William, Gavin, Archibald, James and Andrew. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
