Your message turned up on a search for Goodbrand / Scotland and I hoped we might possibly share a braanch of the Goodbrand family tree. I have only a name on a death certificate, not much of a clue but...

I am seeking any information about the family of Ann GOODBRAND, Banffshire, or possibly Aberdeenshire in Scotland.

My ancestor Mary BROWN (b ~1791) married Andrew CHALMERS on 10 Nov 1811 in Alvah, Banff, Scotland and died 19 Apr 1866 in Aberdeen. Her parents were given as Alexander BROWN and ANN GOODBRAND.

If you could offer any assistance, clues or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
