Hi,
I am interested in the BLAIR family name from Alloa, Clackmannan. Inparticular
Joseph BLAIR b. 1818 to Robert BLAIR & Margaret HUNTER. I belielve that he may have married Barbara DONALD in Feb 1843 before moving to the Glasgow area. It is possiable that Joseph & Barbara had a son Robert BLAIR b. 1840
The then went on to have Thomas BLAIR in Dec 1843, Barbara BLAIR b. 1849
In 1855 Joseph BLAIR a widower married Agnes JOHNSTON b. 1833, Inverurie. in Lanark, where they had the following children before coming to New Zealand.
Margaret Blair 1858
Agnes Blair 1859

Does anyone reconise these names or have access to the 1841 Clackmannshire census.
