Hello!

I've been reading this thread with utter fascination as I have a feeling I may have stayed at Blairvadach myself as a very small child. I was always told by my adopted parents that they 'got me' from a home in Rhu and unless there were others (were there?) it would seem Blairvadach is the one.

I would have been there some time around late 1971 to early 1972 and I would have been aged between about 10 and 18 months. I believe my name at the time was John Macmillan.

I'd be most grateful for any information anyone might be able to give me about Blairvadach. Like so many others, I'm trying to put the pieces together from a time in my life that is shrouded in mystery. The only people I know currently who might have been able to help me with details have either said they aren't able to or simply haven't wanted to.
