15 Jun 1825, Barony Parish, Lanark, Scotland, son of William Leishman, b. ca. 1792; d. 12 Apr 1848; bur. Toll Cross Cemetery, Lanark, Scotland who m. 1) Catherine Dechment and had a daughter, Catherine Leishman, b. ca. 1821; m. 2) Euphemia Wink, 23 Feb 1825, Barony Parish, Lanark, Scotland.
Euphemia m. 1) John Ferguson, 8 Aug 1807, Old Monkland, Lanark, Scotland. William Leishman and Euphemia Wink had the following children:

Margaret was b. 1794, Muiravon, Linlithgow; d. 13 Jan 1864, Shotts, Lanark. Margaret was the dau of Alexander Marshall and Agnes Boyd. Alexander Marshall was the son of Alexander Marshall and Margaret Binnie.

William FORSYTH was the son of James Forsyth and Jean Walkinshaw, and the grandson of James Forsyth and Margaret Barron.
