IM tracing my 2x great grandmother Elizabeth or Betsy Brodie - Mother Eliza Buchanan Father John Brodie -
Born around 1838.
I have the marriage of John and Eliza and a birth of a sister Margaret but no birth of Elizabeth/Betsy.
I have her marriage to a John Lennie in 1868 .
From there it appears she emigrated to New Zealand - where they settled in Pleasant Point,
I think in 1876 John Lennie died and she remarried William McClellan, then had a son William McClellan who was my great Grandfather. - If anyone can give me any further details on Elizabeth/Betsy I would apprecate it
