I have an old "Family Record" book with the following: "John L. Groat and his wife Eliza Quackenbush - Groat Also of their Amos Eastman and Family Ancestors..." It is a lovely old record book, but leaves many "unanswered questions" as to how these people were related to my dad. Any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance, M.
