Hi Peter
I am descended from Stephen BROTHERSTONE and Margaret THOMSON of Tranent, E Lothian. We think that the Stephen who was killed in the 1797 massacre at Tranent is 'our' Stephen. His first wife was Janet RICHARDSON.
