Looking to confirm parents of John Speedie b Sept 1838 in Callander,Perthshire Scotland, his parents may be William Speedie and Jane. John came to Ontario Canada and settled just outside Bracebridge, ON. He married Jane Gillen, they had seven children. Also does anyone know to which clan the Speedie family is associated with and is there a tartan ?
