I'm running a millenium project in Lochcarron, Ross-shire and am interested in contacting anyone with Lochcarron connections who may like to take part in a Community Book which we are putting together. It is open to anyone who lives/has lived in Lochcarron or has ancestral ties with the place. I am also tracing the families from a cleared settlement called Stromemeannach which is in the locality and am particularly interested in anyone with the surnames MacLean, MacDonald, MacKenzie, MacLennan, Morrison (originally from Glenelg)and Finlayson(originally from Lochalsh).
