The information you have on the 1901 census would be correct. I have not looked at the census but have their Marriage Certificate dated 1/6/1900 from the district of Schotts in the County of Lanark. James and Euphemia had a daughter, Euphemia Paterson Thomson on 23/04/1917 at Birkwood View, Lesmahagow, County Lanark, Scotland. I don't know if you know how many children the Thomson's had. I only have the details for Euphemia who was my husband's grandmother. Euphemia and her husband, James Harvie immigrated to Australia in 1951. If you know of any other children James and Euphemia Thomson had, could you let me know. Also, I have the parents of James if you need them. The maternal line for Euphemia goes back to the late 1600's. If you want this information I can advised you where to look for the details as the tree is on rootsweb.
