My grandmother was Dolly (Dolina) Milne (nee Murray). I'm not sure what year she was born, but I believe she was born in Borve, Isle of Lewis, though everyone always used to say they had come from Stornoway. So, I'm not sure if or when they moved to Stornoway from Borve, but Dolly eventually ended up in Ullapool.

She had three sisters: Doris, Ann and Mhairi. All are deceased. I think she was the youngest child. I have no idea what their parents names were and am trying to find that out. I heard from one family member that her father had died during WWI, but I'm not sure Dolly was old enough for that to have been correct, so I'm thinking it was maybe actually WWII that their father had died during? Her mother apparently lived with her in her old age. When I was a child, I do remember someone (I believe people called her "Cheeky Isabelle") living with Dolly, but I am not sure who she was in relation. Maybe her mother, maybe not?

Dolly married James Forbes Milne. She died in about 2002 in Ullapool. If anyone has any more information, I would really appreciate it, as I know virtually nothing about her family line. Thanks.
