On my mother's side the Williams are found from Michael Williams 1764 - 1859 in Penmynydd and Yr Orsedd - now Rhos Cefn Hir. His father was John Williams of Pentraeth - Tan y Graig b abt 1724 - 1793 and mother Mary Jones of Pentraeth app 1728 - 1786. His father was Robert Williams who had a bond issued as he died intestate in 1759 and his address was
Glan y Gors Pentraeth. Robert's wife was a Catherine Parry who may have been born in Llanffinan 1698 - v difficult to read. Much of this research comes from wills. I know that Michael had older brothers and sisters, John also had brothers and sister and assume that Robert and Catherine would have also had siblings. havent heard from anyone else investigating these Williamss aat all. Michael had 16 children between 2 wives surely someone descended from Michael will be researching.
