Looking for more information on these two intermarried families:
Mary Jones (b.±1802) of Llawdre, Llanwrtyd married Rees Protheroe of Tymawr, Llanfihangel Abergwesyn at Llanwrtyd in 1829.
They farmed 205 acres at Bwlchmawr, Llangamarch, followed there by their son-in-law Thomas Ingram.
Sarah Jones (b.±1807) of Llawdre, Llanwrtyd married John Prothero of Tymawr, Llanfihangel Abergwesyn at Llanwrtyd in 1832.
They farmed 165 acres at Pystillgwyn, Llangamarch.
David Jones of Llawdre married Anne Pugh in 1819 at Llanwrtyd.
Their youngest son, Rees Jones (b.1839 Werngôch, Llanwrtyd) married Margaret Protheroe d/o William Protheroe, farmer of Tymawr, Llanfihangel Abergwessin in 1865 at the Ebenezer Chapel, Llandovery (‘Baptist persuasion’).
They farmed 141 acres at Fedw Duw, Llanfihangel Abergwesyn.
