My great-great-grandfather James Gaine is proving to be a very illusive character, could anyone help me find out more about him ? I'm sure it's all bad...

Info i have so far:
-Born in Ireland, possibly County Wicklow
-Father's name, Edward Gaine, occupation- chandlier
-Lived in Holyhead 1890-1900
-Married Ellen Williams (widow formerly Griffith) in 1892 in Caernarvon, Wales
-Imprisoned in 1900-1901 with his wife for 3 months (awful charges)
-Possibly in Llanbeblig prison in 1911 census under the name James 'Gaina'

Cannot find records of why he was imprisoned for the second time, suspect bigamy ?!?
