I am looking for any information on the late Hugh Charles (born Charles Hughes in 1907 in Wrexham, I believe). Hugh was the co-writer of many popular war time songs, including "We'll meet again".

I am also interested in a possible liaison between Hugh and Dolly Elsie (who was Jack Hylton's sister).

I have a family connection to Hugh.
