Hi, i am married to a 'Williams' who was born and raised in Post Carreg, Whitford, Hollywell. I have asked him if he remembers hearing of any Hughes' residing in Post Carreg, but he is not aware of any. It is believed that Post Carreg was originally a weigh station for Mostyn docks. Post Carreg has been in the Williams family for at least 4 generations, but was likely bought from Mostyn Estates. Perhaps a look through Mostyn Estates records would reveal more information
