Graveyards at Bistre Emmanuel & Hawarden St Deiniol's

I am planning to visit Emmanuel Church, Bistre, and St Deiniol in Hawarden in August.
My grandparents Florence & Percy WOOD are buried at Bistre, and also the LAMB family has a crypt there I believe.
Sarah GITTINS is buried at Hawarden.
Does anyone know where I might find maps of the churchyards? I have been to Bistre before and never found the Wood grave - the graveyard is quite large :(
Appreciate any help....................Gina in Canada
