I was wondering if anyone could provide me with information on "The Black Horse Inn" ? This Inn was supposedly located in Buckley, Flint, Wales in the late 1880's. The proprietors of this establishment were supposedly named "Tarran". They had a daughter named Sarah "Sally" Tarran who married a Peter Griffiths. Peter worked in the mines at Buckley and was apparently well known to a certain Jones family who also worked or managed a mine around Buckley. Anyway, can anyone tell me whether there is any information available on "The Black Horse Inn"? I am trying to determine if this Inn did in fact, exist. Also, I would be interested in hearing from anyone who is researching these surnames of the Buckley area in the late 1880's. Email me at anon69e0@anonymous.to.
