Talk about an attitude problem! Like many forums we have our own jerks too.
Yes, I have run into "verch" and "ferch" in reference to females and "ap" with males. Sometimes they are separate from the next name and sometimes attached to the next name. According to a web page on Welsh names that I read it should be "verch", not capitalized and separated from the next name.
Now, that wasn't difficult and the person in the original post has an answer instead of an attitude.
