I can assure you that there is only one Ysbyty Ifan!!!
It is a small community in the rural uplands of the county borough of Conwy. Historically, the ancient parish of Ysbyty Ifan stood at the meeting point of three of the historic (now abolished) counties and comprised the township of Tir Eidda (in Caernarfonshire); Tir Ifan, Trebrys and Prys Ucha (in Denbighshire); and Gwernihowell (in Merionethshire). So one place in three counties!
