Hello Paul
WARNING! :-) THIS COULD GET CONFUSING!
Lily's grandfather's (my 3xG grandpa) name was Enos Lovell. This may be just a coincindence, but his nephew (also named Enos, son of Nathan & Esther) married Emma Lovett/Lovatt. By this time though, this branch of the family were living in Staffordshire.
The oldest Lovell sibling of Enos' (3xG grandpa) generation I have is Tabitha, who was born in about 1831, although there may have been older children...
It wouldn't surprise me to find a Caroline somewhere in the tree, as Allan had a son called Charles. There are plenty of duplicated names in my Lovell family!
Any help?
Mel
