Military record between 1903 and 1913

Classification: Query
Surnames: Welsh, Welch,
I've been trying to find some info on a relative called James Welsh or Welch born 1886 in Gardiffaith Monmouthshire to Irish parents, Ellen and Thomas Welsh. After the 1901 Wales census I loose track of him.

Someone on rootschat found some info about a military record but I can't view them myself, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to have a look at them and maybe send them to me or even just give me some info about his service and any family mentioned in his records please?

I'm told that there are 3 records that may refer to him and this is the info the person has given me -

'he joined the South Wales Borderers Militia in 1903, then joined the SWB as a regular in 1904 but was found not to be medically fit. It would then appear he joined 2nd Battalion: The Royal Irish Regiment, in Cork 1905 and did nearly 9 years. He left the Army in 1913.'

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
