Reply to Bill and Barbara Muller re: William Morris, b.1575
My husband and I have just begun researching the Morris'es
this year(2000), and chanced onto your message on the Wales GenWeb today(1/18/00). The information that we have from one of the web sites we've used(http://www.familysearch.com)
does show William Morris of Wales, having a child named Lewis(b.1601,Tintern,Monmouthshire,Wales;d.1691,NY,USA).
There was no mention of marriages. The site also gave the other 4 children just as you have given them, except, again, some of the marriage info is not included. Also, his son Thomas, is shown as being born in 1623, no death date is given, and the death place is given as New Jersey. There is much more info, too much for this posting, but please contact us at RWalker313@aol.com for more info if you wish. We're excited about finding some new "Morris relatives!" Hope we hear from you soon! Ron and Renee Walker
