I have indexed all names and dates etc., shown in the Freeman of Pembroke Borough being a list of Freemen and Burgess's from an act introduced circa 1695.
Do not think it is for Pembroke Town only, there are more people from around the county included than just Pembroke alone.
Since it is passed from father to son, and relationship is indicated, it is possible to obtain paternal lines very simply, in one case alone I can show the ancestory of one family 2006 to 1830 in 5 lines !!
If you can show paternal descent from a Freeman, I believe it is still possible to apply to the Gild(correct spelling). I can supply the Chairman's details if required, but only off list.
